I love the colorful artwork. My children really enjoyed the illustrations by Anni Betts.  They found the illustrations very peaceful and cute.  My daughter who loves art really enjoyed the different animals and plays to draw them herself.  I love that since drawing gives her peace which is exactly what this book promotes.   This is a great book to have in your house whether your child needs daily practice of being mindful of their bodies or just a simple reminding on how to stay calm.   I would recommend you grab this book.  It will become a great asset to your family.
