When applying the eye liner it went on with ease.  The large tip makes applying easy as can be.  Scandal Eyes holds on tight for the whole day until I go to clean my face. Of course I washed my eye make off with my new Rimmel London Eye Make up Remover.  This cleaner removed my make up in a flash.  :)
