A little about the Illustrator Colleen Madden: 
     Colleen graduated with a contract major in illustrations and English literature and is currently residing in the Philadelphia area with her writer-husband, Patrick, and their two sons,  Sean and Gabe. She has illustrated for many different kinds of clients and is the recipients of an International Greeting Card Louie Award.

Henry Hodges Needs a Friend is a big hit with my son, Gavin. Every silly pet Henry would think of would make my son smile. He would point at the colorful illustrations and laugh. The book teaches that each friend is unique and you always need friends. The book is told in a cute little rhythm to hold your children's attention.
